RENT REVIEWS!
To ensure that you are getting a fair price, we offer rent reviews even if you are not a current customer. For free we will tell you what a fair price should be and if you want us to go ahead and issue the rent increase we will do that for you for a flat fee of £100. This also provides you with a free online storage account you can upload your other tenant documents to if you want to.
People see rent reviews as a bad thing, but keeping the rent fair but in line with what is on offer in the local area actually gives tenants choices.
We are always told by tenants they feel trapped in a house they hate as there are no comparable properties in the local area for the same monthly rent. Keeping the rent at a current market rate ensures your tenants have a choice to stay or leave.
Since 2020 we have done over 100 Rent reviews and have created over £72,000 in increased revenue for landlords per annum!!!
