Starting in EstateAgency in 2002 and lettings in 2008 the property market is constantly evolving, the pandemic really brought home the use of tech in lettings and during 2020 our business moved on due to our ability to evolve and change the way we worked. We wont be going back the new normal is a better place and way of doing things. from virtual viewings and contact free move ins Lettings has changed forever.
OUR MISSION
Simplify and improve the standard of Lettings
My long term goal is to improve the standard of lettings, this is everything from listings including pro photos and floorplans on all listings to esigned contracts and protected deposits prior to move in, but to start we will just tackle the paperwork side ensuring that all our landlords can rest assured that the documents that they have are current, legal and stored in a secure online location.
